Nutrition, Meal Plans, and Information


Currently, I am offering pre-made meal plans for a variety of people with various nutritional needs.

To keep your diet interesting and delicious, meal plans are for 3 days and cost $150.00
Contact me with your specific needs and I will send you an email asking various questions and then I will provide a plan that works for you, after receipt of payment.

As always, I recommend speaking with your doctor before starting any fitness journey and/or diet.
My pre-made meal plans are designed for a variety of people; diabetic, bodybuilding, power lifting, weight gain/loss, or simple healthy meals everyone can enjoy.
*I DO NOT provide Keto, Atkins, Carnivore, or any other Unhealthy meal plans or diets!

 

Here's a sample one-day meal plan for weight loss, with approximate macro breakdowns:

Breakfast

* 2 scrambled eggs (140 calories, 12g protein, 10g fat, 0g carbs)

* 1/2 cup cooked oatmeal (100 calories, 2g protein, 2g fat, 20g carbs)

* 1/2 cup mixed berries (60 calories, 1g protein, 1g fat, 15g carbs)

Total: 300 calories, 15g protein, 13g fat, 35g carbs

Mid-Morning Snack

* 1 small apple (95 calories, 0g protein, 0g fat, 25g carbs)

* 1 oz almonds (161 calories, 6g protein, 14g fat, 6g carbs)

Total: 256 calories, 6g protein, 14g fat, 31g carbs

Lunch

* 4 oz grilled chicken breast (120 calories, 25g protein, 3g fat, 0g carbs)

* 1 cup mixed greens salad with 1/4 cup chopped cucumber, 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, and 1 tablespoon vinaigrette (70 calories, 2g protein, 0g fat, 10g carbs)

* 1/2 cup cooked quinoa (100 calories, 2g protein, 2g fat, 20g carbs)

Total: 290 calories, 29g protein, 5g fat, 30g carbs

Mid-Afternoon Snack

* 1 small pear (62 calories, 0g protein, 0g fat, 16g carbs)

* 1 oz cheddar cheese (115 calories, 6g protein, 9g fat, 1g carbs)

Total: 177 calories, 6g protein, 9g fat, 17g carbs

Dinner

* 4 oz grilled salmon (180 calories, 35g protein, 10g fat, 0g carbs)

* 1 cup steamed broccoli (55 calories, 2g protein, 0g fat, 10g carbs)

* 1/2 cup cooked brown rice (100 calories, 2g protein, 2g fat, 25g carbs)

Total: 335 calories, 39g protein, 12g fat, 35g carbs

Total Daily Macros

* Calories: 1658

* Protein: 120g

* Fat: 72g

* Carbohydrates: 204g

This meal plan is tailored to provide a balance of protein, healthy fats, and complex carbohydrates to support weight loss. However, please note that everyone's nutritional needs are different, and this plan may need to be adjusted based on individual factors such as age, sex, weight, and activity level.
