Take a Deload Week
Just a quick post to take a minute to talk about deload weeks...
When we are consistent in our exercise and resistance training, I recommend taking a deload week every 1 to 2 months. By doing this your body has time to recover better (along with rest days), improving your subsequent workouts and reduces burn out.
Deloading is simply reducing load during resistance training. You are still working out but without the intensity - keeping blood flow and performing without the intensity.
